1. Homer Simpson
 Gemuk dan suka donat. Yg paling sering dikatakan : "D'oh!" (saat sadar telah melakukan hal yang konyol) ; "Mmmm... (saat membayangkan sesuatu yang "lezat") ; "Why, you little..." (saat mencekik leher Bart)

2. Marge Simpson
- Istri Homer; ibu dari Bart, Lisa, dan Maggie
- Ibu rumah tangga yang perhatian
- Sering bikin lelucon yang gak lucu
- Bisa kerja apa aja, mulai dari agen Real Estate sampai petugas polisi

3. Bart Simpsons
- Anak sulung yg super nakal, jahil, malas dan bodoh
- Suka main skateboard
- Acara favoritnya adalah The Krusty Show & The Itchy & Scratchy Show
- Bart Simpson sering membuat coretan di tembok dengan nama samaran "El Barto"
- Yg paling sering dikatakan : "Aye, carumba!" ; "I didn't do it, no body saw me do it" ; "You don't have a cow man!" ; "Eat my short."

4. Lisa Simpson
- Anak kedua yg suka main saksofon, sangat pintar tapi punya sedikit teman
- Lisa Simpson mempunyai pacar bernama Colin

5. Maggie Simpson - Anak paling kecil, selalu terlihat dengan dot karet di mulutnya
- Walaupun ia masih bayi namun ia pernah tanpa sengaja menembak Mr. Burns dengan pistol dalam dua episode "Who shot Mr.Burns?"
- Ia merupakan anak terakhir di keluarga ini yang seringkali keberadaannya di lupakan oleh sang ayah
